The networks that Future Fones (UK) Limited are currently able to accept number ports onto are as follows:-

  • 3
  • Orange
  • T Mobile

Unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to accept ports onto the Vodafone or O2 networks.

In order to initiate your port you will need to obtain your PAC (Port Authorisation Code) from your current network. This PAC code is valid for 30-days and will consist of 3 letters and 6 numbers. Please note certain service providers might charge you to port your number to another network. Please consult your network to check if any charges will be incurred. Ports will take a minimum of 7 days to complete and most are completed within 7-14 days.

Is there any reason why my current service provider will not issue a PAC?

There are only two reasons why a PAC code will not be issued:

[1] If your number is disconnected

[2] Your current networks contractual obligations have not been completed.

If you need any more help or advise please contact the Future Fones (UK) Ltd Sales Team on 0845 1581500 who will be more than willing to discuss any queries that you may have.
