As part of the procedure for connecting mobile phones to a UK network
we require copies of acceptable proofs.

These proofs are mandatory and only items on the list below are acceptable.

Full UK Driving Licence NOT Provisional
(not if being used as proof of residence)
Passport (not for Vodafone)
Front and back of credit card.
(ensure all details can be clearly seen on both sides)
Firearms Licence

Proof of Residence (a copy of one from this list)
Full Driving Licence Not Provisional (not if used as proof of Identity)
(if you have the new card design please copy both parts)
Bank/Building Society statement (dated within last 3 months)
Council Tax Statement (dated within 3 months)
Credit/Charge Card Statement (dated within 3 months)

Gas/Electricity/Water or BT Bill (dated within last 3 months)
Fixed line telephone operator (dated within last 3 months)

Proof of Business (a copy of one from this list)
Bank/Building Society business credit/debit card
(copy both sides of the card)
VAT registration certificate
Printed supplier invoice addressed to business
(dated within last 3 months)
Utility Bill in name of business (dated within last 3 months)
