Delivery

Delivery of our phones are free of charge, to
mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire).

Overseas delivery of mobile phone and related accessories maybe arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge upon which you agree to before the order is processed.

Ringtones, logos and screensavers, once paid for, are delivered via our online service directly to your mobile phone handset, you will need to follow the instructions online or via the text message that will be sent to your phone.

How long does it take for delivery of mobile phone orders?
Mobile phone handsets and accessories ordered before 2.30 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm. (assuming that the product is in stock). The standard delivery does not guarantee next day delivery, however every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this goal

Mobile phone orders taken on Friday (after 2.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 2.00 pm will normally be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

However, Future Fones Ltd relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Future Fones Ltd will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

Who do we use?
Mobile phone orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent by Initial City-Link or Royal Mail, you must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by City Link or Royal Mail with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. City Link will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you willl be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Future Fones Ltd. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less £14.99 which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to Future Fones Ltd. Please contact our Customers Services Department at
customer.services@future-fones.co.uk for further details

What to do if there is a problem with the delivery?
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to give us a call. We will contact City Link or Royal Mail and call you back to let you know what's happening.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us or e-mail: customer.services@future-fones.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
