Returns Policy
On-line customers will receive a Return Form and instructions with their delivery explaining how to return items directly to our Distribution Centre. The process for returning merchandise, using the form included with your delivery, is to:-

(1) Enter order number, description and the quantity being returned on the Return Form attached to the Delivery Note.
(2) Indicate the reason for your return using one of our codes. Please be as specific as possible to help us serve you better.
(3) Once completed, enclose the Return Form in the delivery packaging.
(4) Securely pack items and seal the package. Remove any other delivery labels, address and return to:-

(5) Please note we cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments nor can we accept liability for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you return your package by registered or recorded delivery.

(6) Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly deal with it and process a credit against the original credit card account number used at the time of purchase, or in the case of payments by cheque, a company refund cheque will be issued.

(7) Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange for a period of 14 days from the date of the shipment to you.
Merchandise must be returned in new and re-saleable condition with the original packaging, accessories, guarantees and instructions and must be accompanied by a completed Return Form. Defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of date of shipment.
Returns that are not made as set out above will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
